What a time it’s been at Terrace Views, with strong enquiry levels and steady sales throughout the summer months. Many of those enquiring were holiday-makers to the Bay of Plenty, all looking to make Papamoa their permanent home…and who can blame them after the Summer we’ve just had. It’s not just the weather that played ball – there have also been reports of record economic growth for the Bay of Plenty region in general, and an upsurge in building consents for amenities, shopping centres, and ancillary services for the Papamoa region specifically.

With regards to development activity at the subdivision itself, it’s now full-steam ahead, with the first section of Te Okuroa Drive open to the public, with access to Stage One coming off this road. The great news for homeowners is that building is now officially underway as well. We had our first framing go up last week, and there’s more set to follow over the coming weeks. Our main entrance walls look great too and they set the standard of excellence we want to deliver at Terrace Views – as you can see in the attached photographs. Great to see our vision coming to life – and to know that there will soon be families living in the neighbourhood.

For us at Zariba, the civil works and development of Stage Two continues, with the weather-gods favouring us since January. Titles for Stage Two are due June 2017, and for prospective section owners, we still have a handful of sections remaining in this stage – and would welcome your enquiry.
